Reforma is an aesthetic clinic and authorised distributor of premium cosmetic, aesthetic, and wellness products, operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where required, our products and services are registered with the relevant Saudi regulatory authorities, including the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA). Our aesthetic treatments are supervised by licensed practitioners.
Eligibility
To book a treatment or place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using our services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Product Authenticity
We are committed to supplying only authentic products sourced through authorised channels. Every product we distribute holds a valid registration with the relevant authorities where required, and certificates of authenticity are available on request.
Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products or services. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product is unavailable, where pricing has been listed in error, or where a clinical review determines a treatment is not appropriate for you. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.
Pricing, VAT & Payment
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through payment providers licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). We do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative rather than guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.
Aesthetic Treatments & Medical Disclaimer
Bookings for aesthetic treatments are subject to review by a licensed practitioner, who may confirm, adjust, or decline a booking based on your suitability. Information on this website is provided for general and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must disclose your full and accurate medical history before any treatment. Results vary between individuals, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Always follow the aftercare guidance provided by your practitioner.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in line with Saudi consumer-protection regulations. For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or that are prescription-only cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Where an item is eligible for return, please contact us within the applicable period with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Treatments and consultations that have already been provided are non-refundable, though we will always seek a fair resolution where a genuine issue arises.
